Place your request for Bid by 8:00AM (Japan local
time) on the auction day
Your bidding price is considered the ceiling price, and we try to
get the lowest price. We prescreen your price to check if it is
a realistic figure. Also, we actually evaluate the car directly
at available auction houses.
As a result of this, we will not bid on cars we determine they are
worthless.

Basic price on the invoice is FOB price, So the price doesn't include any other expenses
on your side such as import tax and port charge.
If your account is not paid in full by due date, the vehicle

Domestic transportation cost (from
the auction houses to the port) is determined by the location of
each auction house.
And this price is for a regular size car by our transportation terms.

Delivery |
Upon our receival of your remaining balance,
we proceed with your shipment.
The final delivery schedule is subject to vessel availability. After
shipping out from the Japanese port, we courier the necessary documents
such as B/L (Bill of Lading) and keys to your side immediately. |

Deposit Refund |
Your remaining deposit will be refunded within
10days after the deduction of bidding costs, purchase costs and
bank charges. Of course we can hold your deposit for the next auction,
if you like. |

|
Cancellation |
Before bidding :
Please call us immediately. We can stop bidding 2 hour before the
bid starts.We will check to see if we can cancel your bidding or
not. However we can not refund the bidding cost.
After bidding :
We will charge you the actual cost to return the car to auction,
which will be deducted from your deposit. |

|
Others |
All payments should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Any and all cost, fees and/or charges incurred in relation to the
payment will be borne by the buyer. The buyer acknowledges that
the goods are sold on an "as is" basis and that there is no warranty. |
